Everything is energy.
Energy is a wave frequency.

Imagine an ocean.
At sea level, waves move all over the surface of the ocean.
They come and go.
The waves can be symbolised as our thoughts.
But deep down, there is a place of stillness.

Humans live too much in “thinking” modus.
On the “surface” in a state of identification.
Our attention span gets saturated from our overload of thoughts.

Somehow it’s a great challenge to disconnect from this overload.
As a result, we feel consumed by the noise in our mind … missing space to re-connect with our essence to find clarity, inner peace or simply happiness.

Meditation invites you to travel inward.
To observe your inner space in order to disconnect from the noise.
To calm the mind and land in a place of stillness.
