A study commissioned by Remote_go.
Remote cabins are designed to offer a place of rest, recharge and stillness for the nomadic traveller who is in search to unplug & source energy in a peaceful comfort.
The cabins are modular units built from circular constructions, offering the potential to build, dismantle and rebuild.
A construction method privileging the “flat pack” approach in order to build in extraordinary remote places.
Five stages of the creative mind have been translated into the architectural bodies in order to hold space for each specific purpose.
Architectural concepts have been articulated to perform according following needs :
silence - inspiration - journaling - dialogue - recharge.
The cabins can be installed as a hospitality experience, as a temporary small living unit to be discovered in a remote natural landscape along the path towards creativity & stillness.
Or as a compact contemplative unit in both a residential or office project.
